Cajun-spiced sweet potato soup, topped with a medley of seafood and crispy croutons.

Buttered Barramundi
Served with edamame purée, sautéed edamame beans, sous vide baby carrots, and herbed hollandaise sauce.

Accompanied by carrot mash, sautéed cauliflower slices, juniper berry sauce, and fresh black raspberries.

Aged Beef Sirloin
