A whimsical, floral, and citrusy cocktail with a refreshing, playful twist — perfect for those who love a drink that is as pretty as it is bold.
 

 


Ingredients:
 

  • 40 ml Butterfly pea flower gin

  • 15 ml Violet liqueur 

  • 10 ml Sugar

  • 30 ml Lemon juice 

  • 15 ml Egg white 

 

 


Recipe
 

1. Put all ingredients in a shaker tin

2. Dry shake for about 10 secs, add on ice for wet shake, shake vigorously for about 10 secs.

3. Strain out into glass.

4. Garnish with dry osmanthus flower and spray rose water.
